Our approach to project management is to keep it simple.  We manufacture everything in-house including the glass processing so we don’t have multiple sub-contractors to deal with and can concentrate on our clients.

We combine the project manager and designer role for two main reasons.

1)     Our clients have a sole point of contact that can answer all questions and have authority to make key decisions

2)     Our Project managers know every detail of your project inside out.

To make things even better, they receive  on-going including Agile Project Management training / solid works training and are all required to work on site as part of the install team for a minimum period of 1 week every year to keep up to date with practical issues faced on site.

Supported by the managing director Graham and Business manager Mike, they also work closely with workshop manager Matt who coordinates the manufacture and resources across all projects.
